Participants on this site are in favour of European - and international - integration and co-operation;

That we recognise the benefits of international co-operation, and shared interests on the European continent, does not mean we favour replicating a super-nationalism on a continental scale, nor does it mean that we believe national polities do not have a valuable part to play. Subsitituting national democracies with supra-national bureaucracy is not a solution.
